Dear Students: On behalf of the players and coaching staff, I'd like to thank you for your support last season. With your help, our team was able to prove many people wrong, as we took fourth place in the highly competitive Big East and earned a bid to the NCAA tournament. Don't underestimate the impact that your presence and enthusiasm has on our team and on the outcome of the game. The Leprechaun Legion has been instrumental in helping us move towards the home winning streak record (20 games and counting!). Upon return from fall break, be sure to save the date for Tuesday, Oct. 30. The Leprechaun Legion "Tip Off" will be held that night, starting at 8 p.m. in the Joyce Center. This year's event will officially kick off the 2007-2008 season, featuring special guests, prizes, team introductions, contests, free food, and much more! The 2007-08 Leprechaun Legion shirt will also be available for free with your purchase of a student booklet. Thanks for all you do to make the Joyce Center a true home court advantage, and we look forward to seeing you on Oct. 30. Go Irish!
