We would like to thank you for pausing to sing the alma mater with the band and the students after the Champs Sports Bowl.
We greatly appreciated your willingness to share with us and all those in attendance your pride in the University and its community. We would especially like to thank you for encouraging other players to join you in the singing of the alma mater.
To those players who joined you we would like to say thank you as well, your willingness to take a stand and show your respect for the current students, alumni and the University as a whole was very uplifting.
