The deadline for potential candidates to submit petitions for the student body presidential and vice presidential election is Friday, according to the Judicial Council website.
The Judicial Council, which is accountable for the validity and fairness of Student Union elections, expects to announce the candidate tickets Tuesday. Feb. 4 is the tentative date for the student body presidential debate.
The student body presidential and vice presidential election will take place Feb. 6.
