A third party reported a sexual assault to the University’s deputy Title IX coordinator, according to an email NDSP sent to Notre Dame students Thursday morning.

The alleged sexual assault occurred Saturday in a men’s residence hall on the east side of campus, according to the email. The email also said that the victim is familiar with the alleged assailant.
