A sexual battery offense and a rape were reported to the University Title IX Office, according to the University crime log fromOct. 23 and Nov. 16 respectively.
According to the crime log, the alleged rape happened Nov. 13, 2020 and was reported the same day. The alleged incident happened on campus in a south side men’s residence hall.
The alleged sexual battery occurred between Jan. 1, 1998 and Jan. 1, 1999 and was reported Oct. 6, 2020.
