Ostermann responds to criticism over abortion rights advocacy

The associate professor of global affairs at the University’s Keough School was appointed to lead the Liu Institute for Asia and Asian studies beginning July 1. Upon this appointment, concerns have been raised due to her authoring of pro-abortion op-eds in 2022. Notre Dame defends its appointment of the Keough School associate professor to lead the Liu Institute.
