It’s time to have a serious and realistic discussion about entitlement reform. Everyone agrees entitlement programs, which refer to governmental aid programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security and unemployment benefits, will have long-term effects on our economy and society. Nonetheless, this consensus isn’t able to keep entitlement programs from halting discussion for political reasons.
