Activist discusses danger of stalking

Debbie Riddle, an educator on stalking, spoke at Saint Mary's Tuesday night to discuss the importance of speaking out regarding stalking. After Riddle's sister was killed by her stalker in 2003, she dedicated herself to sharing that story and serving as a catalyst for change.

This Monday marked 56 years since Holy Cross College’s establishment. The College was founded on Sept. 19, 1966 by Holy Cross Brothers whose mission is to be “educators in the faith” to men and women everywhere — especially the poor, afflicted and oppressed.

On Friday morning in the Hesburgh Center Auditorium, California State Senator Monique Limón spoke about the intersection between her experience working in public office and her Latina identity. The lecture is part of Hispanic Heritage Month and was hosted by the Hesburgh Program in Public Service and the Institute for Latino Studies.
