Notre Dame’s women’s basketball team is entering the offseason before the 2022 season in a privileged position. They’ll return four of five starters. Their leader in points, assists and steals was only a freshman, and very well might be the best freshman in the country. As a program, the upward trajectory under their (relatively) new
