“Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves” debuted in theaters Friday to a packed house, utterly crushing the box office this past weekend. It was an homage to the time-honored game, “Dungeons and Dragons,” that has ratcheted up in popularity in recent years with lockdown and its depiction in popular TV shows, such as “Stranger Things.”

The play depicts the story of Agnes Evans (Natalie Biegel) and her younger sister Tilly (Mimi Panzica) who has recently passed away.
