Beginning Friday, Notre Dame will be hosting their Beginning Friday, Notre Dame will be hosting their own regional, with the first contest against the Central Michigan Chippewas. 
The NCAA tournament game will be hosted on home turf at Frank Eck Stadium in South Bend, Indiana.

ICYMI: Notre Dame Stadium to operate at full capac ICYMI: Notre Dame Stadium to operate at full capacity in fall. 

The release stated the University will monitor health conditions on a national and local level from now until the fall to determine protocols and restrictions, but decided to make all 77,622 seats available for purchase for each game.

Jack Swarbrick, University vice president and James E. Rohr Director of Athletics, said Notre Dame would encourage all attendees to be vaccinated prior to attending a game. In addition, Swarbrick said the University is hoping to hold outdoor traditions on football weekends.
