University announces death of student, military veteran

Notre Dame student James (Jake) Blaauboer has died, the University informed the student body in an email Saturday morning. Blaauboer, a sophomore in the College of Arts and Letters, is also a military veteran of the U.S. Army. The Division of Student Affairs will coordinate support and services for friends and family of Blaauboer with
