As Notre Dame welcomes the start of another school year, two residence halls welcome new rectors. Sr. Susan Sisko of Badin Hall and Fr. Matt Kuczora of Carroll Hall will take on new roles in the community as leaders and mentors of students in the dorms. Margaret Morgan, director of Residential Life Recruiting, said that
