Pipe bursts in Duncan Student Center, forcing evacuation

Almost two hours after campus reopened on Thursday, a pipe burst in the Duncan Student Center at approximately 2:50 p.m., forcing all inside to evacuate. “Due to the cold conditions, a sprinkler main broke on the third floor, causing damage there and on floors one and two,” University spokesman Dennis Brown said in an email.
