Reflections on one vermin’s life in Carroll Hall

Vince Mallett | Thursday, April 23, 2020

It’s a common Notre Dame stereotype that everyone believes their residence hall to be the best. For my last column of the year, I am going to argue that this belief is true for one hundred men on campus. Well, ‘on campus’ is a stretch, but that’s an argument for another day.  Let’s start with my own

As I’m working my way through my sophomore year, though, I have realized

To the Trump supporters who paid me a visit

Letter to the Editor | Friday, February 3, 2017

Two days after the election, I was in my room in Keough Hall like any other night. Having finished a day of classes, I had returned to my dorm to relax and finish some homework before dinner. Half an hour went by and then I heard your shrieks. It startled me, but I assumed it

Alex Carson | Friday, November 11, 2016

When I go home on a break, I’ll meet up with family, friends and old teachers and field the same types of questions. They’ll ask about how I’m doing, how my studies are going, what I’ll be doing after I graduate in May. You know, the easy ones that you have a canned, quick, easy
